Kalosa is an AI styling assistant that generates fashion and home decor visualizations based on your photos, prompts, and preferences, and surfaces shoppable product suggestions from third-party retailers. Generated images are AI previews intended for inspiration and are not photographs of real products on you or in your home.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Kalosa. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

"Your Content" means photos, prompts, and other materials you submit. You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Kalosa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not:

• infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• depict minors in any sexualized context, or any other unlawful content;
• contain images of other people without their permission.

Subject to these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, you may use the images and recommendations Kalosa generates for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. Generated visuals are stylized approximations; actual products may differ in color, fit, texture, and availability.

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Service or its underlying models;
• upload content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or violates others' rights;
• attempt to generate non-consensual imagery of identifiable people;
• use the Service to build a competing product or to resell generated outputs.

Product listings, prices, availability, shipping, returns, and warranties are provided by the third-party retailers fulfilling your order. Your purchase contract is with the retailer, not Kalosa. Kalosa is not responsible for retailer performance, product quality, or order disputes, though we will assist where reasonably possible.

Certain features may be offered as paid plans or pay-per-use credits. Fees, billing cycles, and refund policies will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Taxes may apply.

Kalosa, its logo, software, models, and design are owned by Kalosa or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.

You may stop using Kalosa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for Kalosa, our users, or third parties.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Kalosa does not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, suitable, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalosa and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid Kalosa in the twelve months before the claim or (b) USD 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kalosa harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kalosa is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
