• Uploaded content: photos of yourself, your wardrobe, your home, or reference images you submit to generate looks.
• Style inputs: prompts, budget ranges, style preferences, saved looks, and refinement messages.
• Commerce data: cart contents, orders, shipping address, and order status. We do not store full payment card details; payments are handled by our payment processors.
• Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

• To generate AI styling visualizations and shoppable product suggestions.
• To authenticate you, maintain your account, and sync saved looks across devices.
• To process orders, communicate about shipping, and provide customer support.
• To improve the Service, debug issues, and protect against abuse or fraud.
• To send transactional emails. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and can be unsubscribed at any time.

Photos and prompts you submit are processed by our AI providers to generate styling previews. We do not use your uploaded photos to train public foundation models. Generated images are stored against your account so you can revisit them in "My Looks".

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Service providers: hosting, database, authentication, AI inference, email delivery, and analytics partners acting on our instructions.
• Retail partners: when you place an order, we share the necessary order and shipping details with the relevant store to fulfill your purchase.
• Legal: when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Saved looks and uploaded photos remain until you delete them or close your account. Order records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most of this directly from Settings, or contact us at the address below.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on user data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.

Kalosa is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to protect your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product.
